The numbers you enter in the Real Deal Analyzer never leave your browser. rosewoodtc doesn't receive, store or see them.

The analyzer

• All calculations run on your own device. Nothing you type is sent to a server.
• Nothing is saved. When you close or refresh the page, the numbers are gone.
• Shared deal links keep the numbers after the # in the link. Browsers never send that part of a link to any server, so the numbers stay between you and the person you send it to.
• PDF reports are created by your browser's print function on your device. They aren't uploaded anywhere.
• The analyzer doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking, and it loads nothing from outside sites.
• This applies to firm-branded versions too. A licensed firm can't see what its buyers enter.

Buying a license

Payments are handled by Gumroad. rosewoodtc doesn't see or store card details. Gumroad shares your name, email and purchase details with rosewoodtc so the license can be delivered.

Setting up your branded analyzer

After purchase, a short setup form (hosted by Tally) collects your firm's name, logo and a contact email. rosewoodtc uses this only to build and support your branded analyzer and to send you license updates. It isn't sold or shared.

Hosting

Like most websites, the hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the time of a visit. These logs never include the numbers you enter in the analyzer.
